Nice room, as shown in pictures (for once). I had a free upgrade but those rooms were not available, so I was offered free drinks instead. The guy leading the events was an absolute star, he really carried the whole thing and made it memorable. This particular tour doesn't cover Cat ba, but a more eastern part. I preferred as it seemed less crowded. Food was ok, a bit chaotic, but ok.

Staff are friendly, speak good English and lots of fun! Very efficient too - everything was done on time. Luke, Peter and the lovely ladies like Amy really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The sailing was smooth, didn't sway on the boat whilst walking not once. Activities are amazing - insta-moments all the time and just so much fun! And everyone is so patient and helpful. Definitely recommend the kayak - I took my 11 year old daughter for the first time and although we were slow we made the full route without being completely exhausted. We took the less crowded route so really appreciated the sights. We took the terrace room and it was the best thing we could do - capturing the sights whilst lounging on our deck chairs was epic!

What a fantastic experience. The boat excursions were very enjoyable. Shout out to all the crew, they went about their tasks in a professional way. Peter our host for the cruise was a fun chap, his English is very good, however his jokes were poor 🤣. We wish him well for the future.

The Royal cruise was fantastic! The facilities are well maintained and rooms were clean and fresh! We were very happy with La Regina Cruises. The staff are very accomodating and friendly! Each day is well planned so we didn’t have to do any thinking for ourselves which was great as we could relax and take in the experience! Suneo, in particular, was super friendly, he gave us a wonderful cooking class and accompanied us on all excursions! He was really lovely to speak too and made us feel very special - thank you Suneo.

From pick up to drop off at pur hotel was very smooth ! The team lead by Peter was exceptionnel and they did their best to communicante in English and made sure we had a splendid time ! The food was amazing the Cruise was Great. I enjoyed the kayaking activity alot ! I would 100 Times recommend this Cruise, you Will have a marvelous time . Thank you La Regina.

The host Peter and the two waitresses were very accommodating and sweet, especially with dietary requirements. The tour was well planned and executed like clockwork. I would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed everything in La Regina Classic Cruise. The room is super modern, and spacious. With one of the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on. The breakfast was epic with a wide variety of Vietnamese and international cuisine. From the quality, luxury and comfort of the rooms to the incredible dining experiences, it was just faultless. No hesitation in coming back and recommending this place. Great job!!!

Lovely experience for our anniversary. I was a bit concerned about my boat sickness but it turned out comfortable and pleasant. Comfy bed with nice view of the bay, also private. Unique experience and recommend try at least once. The staff was kind and polite to us as well, thanks for making this trip memorable :)

The room with personal terrace was excellently appointed. Wonderful view from the terrace. 2 sides opening windows added to the rich view. Amenities in the room were good.

Everything was fine, the boat is pretty new and the room we had was perfect. All the guys of the staff are kind, helpful and truly nice. Nick and Patrick our guides, have been so welcoming and attentive, always with a smile with all customers.
